Douglas County School System Superintendent Dr. Trent North says each new educator will provide the standard of excellence and will grow greatness in every student and every school.
The theme for success this year is “Greatness Grows Here.”
Dr. North explains that student success is the goal of Team Douglas: “Every employee shares responsibility for nurturing student success. Together, we are growing the next generation of leaders.”
Dr. North notes that everyone is a partner in the success of students. Through partnerships with families, students, businesses, and the community, we can build an environment where every student can thrive and succeed.
