Lithia Springs first-year boys basketball coach Dallas Neloms is working to establish a winning 
culture and build a tradition that fosters successful young men.
“You develop a team to achieve what one person cannot accomplish alone,” Neloms said. “All of us are weaker, by far, than if all of us are together."
The Lions return three key players from last year’s team that went 8-6 in the region and won 12 games overall: Uriah Scott, Shawn Williams and Courtland Johnson.
Key newcomers include Levi Boseman, Christian Coles and Blake Dalrymple.
Neloms said building that winning culture starts with how the team approaches the work.
“Process guarantees success,” Neloms said. “A good process produces good results.”
