Greetings, and welcome to the School Counseling Web Page! My name is Catherine Kane, and this is my fourth year as school counselor. I was a school counselor for Henry County schools before heading to Douglas County this school year. Before becoming an elementary school counselor, I worked in Pennsylvania as a Behavioral Specialist Consultant with children.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and a Master's of Education in School Counseling. I completed my college education at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Go Crimson Hawks!!
I love being a school counselor and supporting all students as they work to achieve their academic, personal/social, and career goals. I am so excited to be a part of Burnett and getting to know each and every student!
